I have 4 years Martial Arts training myself in Karate and Tae Kwon Do and since having 3 children I have always wanted to make sure that they also developed some of the skills that I had learnt, primarily in self defense.
With all the other school activities it was just not possible to send them off to classes and I wasn’t sure that they would get taught how to defend themselves – not only against school bullies, but against anyone outside of school, whether a teenager or an adult.
