A New Lease of Life With Consistent Training!

The guy in the café looked familiar. I knew that we’d met some place before, but couldn’t quite put my finger on it.
“I used to train in your classes in 1996”, he explained “In Sussex, England”. He introduced the man with him. Even though he was older, there was a strong family resemblance, probably an uncle or his dad.
Then it hit me like a flash. Joe was one of my first students. More than that, he was one of the most dedicated students out of the hundreds if not thousands that have walked into my training dojo.
Always the first to arrive and start warming up. Always the one who helped clear away the equipment at the end of the class. The one who volunteered to do the photocopying, or the catering. He trained really hard and gained a huge amount of technique and knowledge from my teaching.
Then I remembered something else. “You used to come to training with your brother didn’t you, your twin?”
They were pleased that I had remembered them and at that instant, they smiled at one another. Then I recognised the older man. He was Joe’s brother. But they weren’t twins. The second man – the one I had thought was his father or uncle – was actually Joe’s younger brother.
Physically there was a world of difference between these close in age brothers. The “older” one was going grey and had lost a bit of hair and had put quite a bit of weight on since I last saw him, but Joe was toned, lean and smartly dressed. He also looked years younger – many years younger. Why such a difference?
In the years following those classes in Sussex, Joe had continued to follow my Fighting Fit programme.
It had become an integral part of his morning and evening routine for the last 11 years. The older brother never really got into it and turned into a bit of a couch potato – of which I am sorry to say there are loads out there, blaming everybody but themselves for the situation (through their choice) they are in.
Joe though was a real “go getter” and he looked and acted the part, full of confidence and flushed with success – the opposite to his brother Nelson.
If I had clapped my hands – he would have collapsed – that was the measure of his confidence. I bet he couldn’t even look at himself in the mirror….
This situation is one of many that I can recount over the years and proves the wonders of my Fighting Fit functional body (and mind) conditioning training that I teach.
It takes years off your age and gives you a new lease of life. One of my instructors is aged in his 60’s and everyone thinks he is only 30 or 40.
If you have met with the droves of people who attend my seminars, you’ll see people turn up one age on the Friday and leave many years younger on the Sunday.
There are other features that help this transition (like nutrition and the power of positive thought) of course. But no B.S. Fighting Fit training will take years off you and get you into the best shape of your life.
I’m talking about that sense of feeling alive that most people only enjoy in childhood.
