Eat 10,000 Calories A Day With
No Weight Gain!

I know the Olympics have finished but I just had to fire off what really stood out to me during that time.
It's about Michael Phelps - one of history's legendary swimmers and how he can stay lean, fit and muscular; especially around his mid section even though he eats ten thousand calories a day...
Sounds unbelievable doesn't it?
The truth is - that's what he gets through during the day.
I pulled this info out of the paper - it's his meal for breakfast:
"three fried egg sandwiches, with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, fried onions and mayonnaise, as well as three chocolate chip pancakes; a five-egg omelet; three sugar-coated slices of french toast, a bowl of cereal and two cups of coffee."
So, the big question is....Why doesn't he have fat hanging everywhere eating this amount of food?
The answer is really straightforward and it isn't rocket science:
He trains every day and goes really hard at it, which results in him burning off huge amounts of calories.
Phelps also has a fast metabolism that blasts the fat off 24/7 keeping his body lean and athletic.
Can we do this?
Most of us won't be able to torch off that amount of calories, but here's the thing - the more you work out using high energy techniques -in other words you need to blast your training hard and get a major sweat on - the less you have to worry about how much you eat.
This is the way to burn calories - exercise HARD during workouts and get your metabolism working.
You can even let yourself go now and again and free yourself from healthy eating and go for the sweet stuff because you know that you are burning the hell out of the calories almost as fast as you can put them in.
So don't feel guilty about having a splurge now and again!
If you have a really active metabolism and can eat anything you want without gaining an ounce - then there is nothing more for me to say.....
